Our Story

 

Serving the Greenwich community since 1975, The Lobster Bin is a first class run seafood market committed to making a difference in our customers lives by supplying them with fresh fish. It is our priority to serve our customers with their needs, as we have gone out of our way of not only being a seafood market but also preparing dishes such as for dinners or for events.

Our chef, Aldo, has worked at the Lobster Bin for many years. He has been able to keep up with the needs of our customers. As he now prepares weekend dinner specials like Mahi-Mahi marinated with spicy mango salsa, red roasted peppers, sautéed broccoli and corn on the cob or even our famous Key West Baby Grouper with puttanesca sauce served with red roasted potatoes and shallot string beans. These are only two of the many choices we have here at The Lobster Bin. Aldo’s creativity is reflected through the dishes he prepares right here fresh on the spot. Not only that but he uses our very own fish and marinates his dishes with natural herbs and spices.
